During this simulation you will be introduced to, and practice, patterns centred on:
- Four steps in driving improvement, the last being the most “active”.
- A coaching pattern that will navigate the “doers” through the fourth step above.
- Actions (based on habits) that are foundational in getting results through people.
We will also spend about ½ hour on the “why”, the “how” and briefly the “what” of Toyota Kata.
You will then be greatly aware of the improvement and coaching patterns. From that point you will be able to best determine your future needs and lay a path in that direction.
